Banbridge Local Biodiversity Action Plan

Welcome to the Banbridge District Local Biodiversity Action Plan web pages. I am Mark Edgar, Banbridge Biodiversity Officer, and hope the following gives you a bit of information about the project.

The creation of the Biodiversity Audit represents the first major milestone in the Biodiversity Action Plan process and this will be used as the basis from which the Banbridge District Local Biodiversity Action Plan (LBAP) will be created. The Banbridge District LBAP will ensure that the biodiversity of Banbridge is maintained and enhanced through the preparation and implementation of individual action plans, covering a range of habitats and species, which reflect both national and local priorities.
